Message rotors with stock calipers is best for you. If you want to keep the stock wheels, get the VR4 kit and use spacers. You will get better performance over the R32 Skyline kit which costs a lot more money. The reason is that the R32 Skyline calipers are the same exact design as the stock calipers and made by the same company (Sumitomo). And with the rotors not being that much larger than stock, you aren't gaining as much as you would be by using stock calipers and much more massive 12.4" rotors.
